IVR/CTI Program Analyst
Purpose: Our client, a progressive Fortune 150 has an immediate need for a Sr. Programmer/Analyst. If you are interested in a long term position and creating an enterprise application from scratch, this could be the job for you. The scope of this project is to rewrite a CRM application and several telephony applications from the ground up. This person will be responsible for helping a team with the analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing maintenance of this project. Qualified candidates will have 5 to 7 years of development experience in a Telecommunications environment. This person must have experience with full life cycle development and posses a good understanding of Telecommunications technology in the business environment. Programming knowledge in .NET or Java is required. Knowledge in some of the following areas is required; ACDs, CTI applications, Predictive dialers, Workforce Management systems, Quality Recordings systems, 800 Services, and Call Routing flows.
Nice to have: Specific knowledge of Meridian PBX, Nortel Symposium ACD, Aspect ACD, Genesys, Seible, eAssist, Talisma, and reporting.
The team player we seek must be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
This position is contract to hire. The compensation is based on experience and ranges from $75,000 to $95,000.
