IT Systems Integration Analyst (SAP/HR)

Join us in a challenging environment that inspires innovation and creativity at our Indianapolis, IN location.The purpose of this position is to provide knowledge and expertise in SAP Human Resources (HR) functionality and technical configuration, as well as be a generalist for the enterprise, supporting the various areas of the business that utilize SAP. The ideal candidate will make decisions, design processes and define information technology solutions that will enable the business area and the enterprise to meet its strategic and tactical goals. Selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP system design via prototyping, configuration and testing. Selected candidate will set and influence cross-divisional SAP strategies and business processes and will have experience with and knowledge of software development methodologies and change control related to business applications. Business process analysis and problem solving skills with good oral and written communication skills are required. Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to production system support, computer system validation, project management, and identification of potential business process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Industrial Management or Computer Technology, plus 5 to 7 years of progressive responsibilities and experience in designing and implementing business application systems, with specific knowledge of the business processes they support. Experience with the payroll module of SAP is required. The person in this position must be able to perform as an effective member and leader in a team oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working independently with little supervision. Experience with SAP Payroll or Time configuration is required. Experience with other SAP HR configuration and Human Resources related business processes is preferred.
