IT Support Specialist I

Designated Teletech facilities in Denver:
' Majority of on-site time will be at the Teletech facility located at Englewood, CO
' May require some on-site time at various Teletech facilities within US and Canada.

Responsibilities of Project Manager II:
1. Clearly define scope and timelines of project,
2. Manage both onsite consulting team as well as Teletech resources to the defined project schedule,
3. Document issues as they arise, manage issues to resolution and maintain issue log to be provided to all relevant parties weekly,
4. Provide status of project to all relevant parties weekly.

This candidate will manage this entire project and support three technical engineers on-site at the customer location.

Scope of Work:
Operations Services:
Will provide transitional operational support, co-located with Teletech personnel at Englewood, CO facility.

Personnel selected for this support will have skills in process definition, transitional training and education, escalation procedure planning and service delivery, focusing on the management and operations.

On-Going Training
Will provide or coordinate the technical training for services within a Cisco routed network environment. The training should address the configuration, tuning and engineering of data network fabrics in the specific environment, including the operational transport for voice and video services, including quality of service configuration and transport for inter-call center call transfers and optimal data services delivery.
