The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, backup, and support of Windows 2000 and 2003 servers. The candidate will also be responsible for operating backups, providing support to office users, setup of computers and phones, and basic repair of computers and printers. Job responsibilities will also include simple server-side scripting (Cold Fusion) JavaScript, graphic design, and web content editing. REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have some experience repairing computers, installing and maintaining Windows XP in a networked environment, have some familiarity with Veritas BackupExec and disaster recovery procedures, and poses broad knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic familiarity with CAD and GIS applications by AutoCAD and ESRI is a plus. The candidate should have good communication skills. In addition, the candidate should have experience in network administration using Microsoft operating systems. The ideal candidate will be also experienced in web development/design. This experience should include web navigation scheme development, experience with graphic print design, and HTML mock-up.
Professional team-based attitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong organizational and team facilitation skills are required. The candidate must have working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
