IT Project Manager-Data Warehouse

Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, TransportationFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: * Lead and execute on data warehouse projects and initiatives supporting the business.
Work cross-functionally with business leaders to establish data requirements and priorities.
Lead a global development group to execute on project and maintenance activities.
Drive standardization of processes that ensure timely generation and retrieval of business-critical data.
Manage relationships with the Data Warehouse COE to gain efficiencies, share best practices, and coordinate projects and resource priorities.
Lead in the evaluation & implementation of third party Business Intelligence software solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of exposure with the architecture and design of large-scale data-intensive applications.
Minimum 3 years experience in leading global development teams.
Minimum 3 years of working knowledge of business financial data.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/Economics, or related field.Desired: * IMLP Graduate.
Minimum 3 Years of IT Project Management Experience.
GB/BB Certified.
Working knowledge of leading enterprise Data Warehouse and reporting tools such as Informatica, Cognos, and Business Objects.
Experience working with major ERP packages such as JD Edwards and Oracle.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the influencing capacity to drive change.
