We are looking for experienced project managers who have strong leadership competencies with a wide variety of project management and technology experiences. Individuals must have a proven track record of delivering business and technology solutions. We are looking for project leaders who understand the science as well as the art of project management.  The Project Manager will work independently and must be capable of managing multiple projects, simultaneously, in a complex global business environment. Candidates must have demonstrated prior leadership qualities, have a good understanding of technology and possess business acumen. Experience in formal project management methods, superior client relationship, facilitation and resource management skills are required. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

8 – 10 years of Project Management experience

Formal Project Management training required, certification a plus

Client relationship management

Proactive communication

Presentation and Execution Communication experience

Ability to negotiate

Strong political savvy

Flexibility and creative problem solving

Business Case Development and budget variance analysis

Creating project plans and work breakdown structures

Organizing and facilitating meetings

Delivering project on time and on budget using formal project management methodologies

Building and developing successful teams and the ability to anticipate and manage risks.
