We are looking to add candidates to our practice who are passionate about IT delivery transformation. The successful candidates for this position will be responsible for:
 
- Coaching and training project teams on process improvement
- Creating methodology components by working with subject-matter experts
- Integrating available tools or creating new ones for practical and efficient project delivery
- Contributing towards RFIs (Request for Information) and proposals for potential clients

We are looking for
candidates with the following skills and requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Executive presence and high energy level
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to make an impression on project teams
- Exposure to one or more of the following methodologies: CMM, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMBOK
- Experience in delivering IT projects using any SDLC methodology
- Experience in working with software delivery centers along with understanding of dynamics of remote software development is desirable
- A Bachelor's Degree and 5 - 10 years of related industry or consulting experience
- Willingness to travel to development centers and client locations Monday - Friday. Travel expectation is 25 - 50%.
