Imformation Technology ManagerThe Information Technology Manager manages a team of employees and is the first level of management within the Application Development Area. The incumbent has full management authority including hire, fire, promotion, salary management, training and budget control. Generally assigned a team of people and a specific or group of applications. Works independently with little direct supervision in managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Works closely with the other managers in support of strategic project planning and execution.QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field (Finance, MIS) or two year degree with equivalent experience.WORK EXPERIENCE
Required:
5-7 years experience in Information Technology and/or bank operations with working knowledge of specific application product areas and associated interfaces.Preferred:
2+ years as Project Leader.
2+ years of management experience.
