IT Manager

IT ManagerTempe based recreation vehicle company is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead the Information Technology department of our growing company. The ideal candidate will be able to work with all levels of the organization and be a results oriented and a creative problem solver.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
• Experience in deploying and managing information technology across remote geographic locations.• Hands-on, results-oriented managerial style in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Strategic planning and project management experience.• Experience applying creativity and analysis to solving complex business problems with use of technology.• Ability to recommend and implement business solutions to the user community.• Interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with users on all levels.• Leadership skills to guide and manage the Information Technology team.• Budget creating and management experience.• Experience with implementation, management, and production support of all site-specific infrastructure, including: LANs, WANs, telephony, desktop, laptop, and other computing devices and peripherals
REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience:• Experience working with SQL Server, Windows 2000/2003 Server, Exchange 2003, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and PC hardware.• Experience migrating from Small Business Server.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting AccPac Pro and WMS software.
• Experience programming and maintaining Access databases.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Professional Suite.• At least seven years professional experience in the IT field.• At least three years experience in a supervisory position.• BS degree.• Experience working in with Inter-Tel Communication Suite in a call center environment would be a plus.Please Apply Online!
