IT Infrastructure/App Architect-Direct at Hitachi GST

IT enterprise architect with a broad range of experience in designing, implementing and managing complex mission-critical enterprise applications and environments. Extensive experience in architecting and integrating enterprise applications and environments across global locations. Knowledgeable and experienced in using industry leading architecture disciplines, standards and methodologies. Well versed in network topologies, compute and storage infrastructures, high-availability, and disaster recovery. Will be expected to work with a globally integrated business and IT team across Hitachi GST, Hitachi operating companies and other on/off shore IT suppliers. Will assist with implementing IT organizational change and business transformation.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Demonstrated analytical, business communications and reporting skills. Skills to include computer network storage, platforms including AIX, Linux, and Windows, languages including C++, Java, SQL, database skills to include DB2 and Oracle, middleware support to include MQ and Websphere.

Preferred Skills: Desired application experience to include SAP, Agile, i2, Camstar Insite, B2B, Peoplesoft, Comergent, LDAP, Lotus Domino suite and Vignette web applications.
