IT Assistant

Apogee Medical is the most successful physician owned and operated hospitalist group in the nation. Over the last 4 years we have grown from 9 physicians in 2 Arizona hospitals to over 200 physicians in 14 states. Our business office is located in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, AZ.Apogee is looking for a dedicated and driven individual to work in our IT department as a IT Assistant supporting the IT Manager.
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:*Working knowledge of MS Windows client and server operating systems
*Experience with deploying and maintaining MS Terminal Services
*Experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and resolving LAN/WAN connectivity issues
*Experience in troubleshooting and resolving x86 hardware problems
*Experience troubleshooting issues with cellular phones and pagers
*Strong organizational skills used for tracking inventory, and working with several different cellular accounts nationwideThe successful candidate will be a self-starter; able to work independently and think on your feet; detail oriented; able to multi-task at all times; punctual and reliable, and will present a professional image of our company. REQUIREMENTS
