(ISD) Senior Mainframe Developer/Team Lead (Cobol/DB2/AFP)

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job is to provide maintenance and production support for various mainframe applications and jobs in the Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS) department. You create and maintain documentation of existing and new jobs for maintenance, as well as for other staff members' reference. You work with Business Users and other leads to transform business requirements into functional specifications. You actively participate in the development process, Quality Assurance cycle, and implementation to ensure that standards have been followed. You coach and mentor other team members in AFP and PPFA coding.Preferred Qualifications:You are able to lead a project and/or set of assignments, take ownership, and operate with minimum supervision and guidance. You are able to support day-to-day production issues and fulfill requests for ad-hoc reports. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a BS in Computer Science or equivalent certification. You have 5-7 years systems mainframe development experience including COBOL, CICS, JCL and ChangeMan. You have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in AFP coding. This includes AFP Formdefs, Pagedefs, Overlays, Segments usage, and PPFA coding. You must have a clear understanding of a full project lifecycle. You are a team player, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to effectively analyze, design, develop, test, implement and manage a complex business environment.
