(ISD) Group Manager, IT Risk Management

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.You will report to the Information Services Division Chief Administrative Officer (ISD-CAO) responsible for IT Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity and IT Risk Management automation/tools. You are responsible for establishing a world-class risk management organization that is responsible for definition and implementation of an IT risk management framework, all Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities required for the Wealth Management US organization (WMUS), as well as day-to-day IT Operational Risk Management and internal/external Audit Coordination. Many responsibilities fall under the auspices of the risk management organization. These include development, negotiation, and implementation of a strategic IT risk management framework. Also, interaction, negotiation, and partnering with various IT control, operational risk and audit organizations within the UBS group organization. In addition, the enterprise program management responsibility for all Sarbanes Oxley initiatives related to IT, program management responsibility for specific internal audits in the IT organization, and primary interface and coordination point of all internal and external audit responses and negotiation. Furthermore, a leadership role in global matrixed teams for special projects relevant to IT risk management, e.g. Access Entitlement, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Security programs. Also, risk assessment, analysis, and reviews for IT infrastructure, Operational Risk application portfolios, IT risk policies and OREX initiatives. As well as, SAS 70 reviews and various company level control process assessment and sign offs. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with demonstrated experience in senior management positions with significant direct and matrix management experience, preferably in the context of a global financial institution/corporation or service enterprise serving financial institutions or corporations. You have 5+ years experience in leading enterprise level IT Projects/Programs (application development or operational IT) with business and technology teams. You have 8+ years experience in a combination of Auditor (external), IT risk control and/or IT risk management, as well as leading and facilitating disaster recovery and business continuity programs for both IT and business. You also have experience with implementing and managing Sarbanes Oxley programs and controls at a senior management level and have an understanding of Basel accords. You have the ability to structure, set up, and lead an organization and it's people. You have a track record of the ability to operate in a global organizational environment and have excellent people, client relationship, and negotiation skills.
