Help Desk/IT Coordinator

Purpose: Our client is looking for a help desk/IT coordinator for their Princeton location.

Required Skills

3 years experience on a help desk
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills; verbal and written
Experienced in troubleshooting networking, Outlook, Internet Browsers
Remote control application experience
MCSE 2000 Certified
Remote access support experience (VPN, wireless, high speed, dialup)
Worked on a trouble ticketing system (Remedy is preferred)

Candidate must be willing to work holidays and shifts as the help desk is opened Sunday through Friday 7:00am-10:00pm.

This position is scheduled for a 6 month right to hire position.
