HUMINT Support Manager

HUMINT Support Manager Lockheed Martin Information Technology-Professional Services is looking for a Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Support Manager. Candidate will perform HUMINT operations management support activities for USCENTCOM, its components and supporting activities throughout USCENTCOM’s area of responsibility (AOR), Southwest Asia. Will provide subject matter expertise on HUMINT operations while supporting USCOMCENT on all associated matters, conduct staff coordination with other J-2X, J-2 and USCENTCOM staff elements; liaison with service, DOD and national level agencies. Will support the coordination with counterparts at other unified commands, service intelligence organizations, and component commands. Candidate will assist with implementation of the HUMINT appendices to command OPLAN and CONPLANs during contingency operations. Apply a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate and evaluate AOR-specific HUMINT operational requirements and Force Protection/Terrorism-related products. Research and write scheduled and unscheduled reports using a variety of commercial software. Support the command at meetings, seminars and conferences where expert knowledge on the region’s HUMINT operations is needed to recommend methods to resolve specific issues. Conduct reviews and provide recommendations to USCENTCOM for coordination of collection element Operational Directives (OD); Defense Provisional Operational Approvals (DPOA); Significant Change Requests (SCR) to DPOAs; Mission Coordination Requests (MCR); shall develop/update Command HUMINT draft plans; and recommend other input to HUMINT collection doctrine. This is a full time position at USCENTCOM Headquarters, MacDill AFB (Tampa), Florida. Requires a one year commitment; extended work hours (up to 12 hours day/6 days per week as necessary). Overseas travel and temporary duty (90 days or less) supporting subordinate JTFs and SOF units, in Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar, and Djibouti. Additional travel to other area countries may be required. REQUIREMENTS
US citizen with a DoD security clearance (selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information). This position requires a minimum of six years of related experience. Completion of one or more of the following courses, followed by appropriate operational assignments, is desired: the Military Operations Training Course (MOTC) or Field Training Course (FTC), Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC), or appropriate service-specific wartime human intelligence, interrogation, or SOF training. Regional experience and extensive regionally focused advanced training on USCENTCOM's AOR is desired. Previous coalition/Joint assignments, specifically J-2X assignments preferred as well as analytical or operational HUMINT assignments. Knowledge and familiarity of national systems such as Pathfinder, COLESIUM, experience with Intelligence Community systems, mission applications, and communications capabilities within INTELINK, JWICS, and SIPRNET. Candidate must have a HUMINT background either in the military occupational specialties such as 97B/E, 351B/E, 35E/F; Marine MOS 0211 or civilian/joint service equivalents and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Strong communication skills required to brief directorate-level and higher staff. Education: Bachelor's degree or at least ten years direct experience.
