HR Systems Technician/Analyst (5048p)

A firm in Sun Prairie is seeking assistance for up to a 3 month period in their company. This job will entail recommending, designing and distributing or handling special requests for reports and analysis from HR, payroll and tracking systems. The job will entail creation of documents and training materials along with delivery of training to our client’s customers. Much of the job duties will focus on documenting processes, defining performances metrics, and identifying and resolving process gaps. This will involve working with customers regarding their validation processes. You will act as a liaison within the company with Information Systems, Corporate Business Systems and HR to identify enhancements, managing and facilitating the completion of projects and coordinating activities surrounding upgrades and new additions. REQUIREMENTS
This full time opportunity will require someone with a BD in Information Systems or other related academic discipline. We are seeking someone with 1 to 5 years of someone with similar work experience with project experience. You must have demonstrated knowledge of PeopleSoft8.9, Oracle and other data management programs. Experience with management technologies and tools is also expected.
