Graphic Design & Presentation Specialist

Cozen O'Connor, a full service law firm based in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Graphic Design & Presentation Specialist for its Marketing Department. This is a full time position based in Philadelphia and reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Collaborate with attorney editors, other marketing department personnel and other members of firm management on the design, development, and the delivery of various media (PowerPoint, graphics, animations, PDF, and web) for corporate external and internal presentations.

- Develop and design graphics and layouts for various presentations and communications.

- Output includes PowerPoint presentations, handouts, invitations, brochures, graphics, documentation, and tribute ads.

- Responsible for identifying the most economic, efficient methods and procedures to produce and distribute materials. Find new and economical ways to distribute presentation materials utilizing a variety of electronic mediums. Accountable to coordinate and finalize presentation.

- Consults with internal customers regarding their presentation needs.

- Creates or modifies content templates.

- Maintains integrity of content (handles highly confidential company financial information).
REQUIREMENTS
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Business Communications, Graphic Design or computer related discipline required.

Minimum 3 years desktop publishing and graphic design experience.

Previous experience interacting with all levels of professional staff, including senior management.

Required skills:

- Print, digital, and 3-D animation graphics (psd, jpeg, gif, and bmp formats).

- Adobe Photoshop, Quark, Illustrator and Flash.

- Word formatting, styles, and document management.

- Spreadsheets and forms (Excel).

- Demonstrated Web Design and Development skills (HTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Acrobat (PDF), and CGI scripts).

- Media Project Management.

- Computer and network trouble-shooting.

- Extensive PowerPoint experience and proficient with entire Microsoft office suite.

The ideal candidate also will possess strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced work environment. Able to produce professional results and make sound decisions on projects with minimum supervision. High level of integrity; ability to preserve the confidentiality of sensitive information.
