Global Image Management Clinical Product Manager
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: This position is responsible for the market acceptance, customer satisfaction implementing an internal infrastructure to support a new Clinical Image Management Program within the GE HCIIT Imaging business. This will include working with direct customer input (workflow definition) as well as internal organization to achieve Product content - driven via VOC, internal business drivers, global pole input, support, and to meet price points set by the business. In addition the products will need to meet Organizational Readiness (working with Global Upstream, Regional Downstream Marketing Units, Cross Program and Operating nits, Global Engineering, Sales and Operations). Risk Management will consist of Identifying issues, establish program measurement criteria and provide consistent monitoring against the established criteria. This will include mitigating issues as they arise with appropriate escalation to appropriate stakeholders to keep project on course. The successful candidate will establish a routine reporting forum on the progress of the program. This is a multifaceted responsibility that will require the individual to coordinate activities to ensure a successful "Clinical Workflow Solution" of the Programs. This position is critical to define Clinical requirements for new Imaging Solution products.
1)Set direction and priorities based on balanced needs of customers, sales, market forces and corporate goals.
2)Establish pricing and business models for assigned program.
3)Establish program identity that is unique to GE HCIITS and the marketplace.
4)Manage key alliances required to execute on Roadmap
5)Monitor the marketplace to observe trends, sales strategies, and financing models.
6)Publish monthly scorecard for customer satisfaction and quarterly business model updates reflecting actual versus forecasted and any planned adjustments to business model
7)Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree or equivalent (refer to next requirement)* 5 Years of direct Clinical experience (staff, management) and or Product Marketing experience* Strong healthcare knowledge and or background are preferred.* Proven ability to analyze market dynamics and project potential future state scenarios.* Must have excellent leadership skills, along with proven abilities in decision-making, priority setting, planning, customer focus and team building* Proven commitment to monitoring process, progress and results and in designing feedback loops into work* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong knowledge of healthcare industry and software development* Travel is requiredDesired: * Previous product marketing support experience * Six Sigma Green Belt TrainedGeneral: GE Healthcare provides transformational medical technologies that are shaping a new age of patient care.
