French Helpdesk Analyst

Description: French Help Desk positions available immediately in Irving!!!
Analyst will operate in a Help Desk environment and is the primary contact for customers, vendors, operations and technical services.
You will be asked to troubleshoot Windows XP and XP Pro Operating Systems as well as MS Outlook issues.
This will encompass everything from resetting passwords, network connectivity, email configuration and troubleshooting, printer resets, etc.
Will provide customer assistance by attempting to resolve issues over the phone. If unable, will enter into call center tracking system for next level resolution.
Ability to work independently as well as in group environment.Must be able to work off shifts.
Works hours will be approximately 12:00 AM to - 8:00 AM.


Requirements:

Candidates MUST be proficient in French and English.Direct experience with PC's, knowledge and experience with DOS, Windows 95, 2000, XP Professional and Microsoft Office Suite.Windows operating systems, Lotus Notes and/or MS Outlook, Typing Skills, Good Verbal and written communication skills.
