You will be responsible for consulting with clients about Web design, taking ideas and abstract concepts and developing them into customized, sophisticated, user-friendly Web applications. Internally, you will work with our Labs team to promote creativity and new ways to meet client needs, establish consistent graphical elements and standards, and assist in mentoring interns. We are looking for a strong communicator and team player who can effectively communicate concepts, ideas, needs, and timelines to clients and associates.Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience programming Web-based applications and design. This position requires knowledge of Macromedia Flash and object-orientated programming. Knowledge of the following programs is helpful: Adobe® Photoshop® and Illustrator®, HTML, CSS, XSLT, C#, Java, and assorted video editing programs. REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience programming Web-based applications and design. This position requires knowledge of Macromedia Flash and object-orientated programming.
