In this exciting role, you will be responsible for installing Audatex software applications for the automotive recycling industry on clients' hardware at their businesses. In addition, you will use extensive knowledge of the Audatex software applications to train the clients and their employees on the workflow processes at the clients' businesses. You will be client focused and solid communication skills are key components of this responsibility. In addition, you may troubleshoot software and hardware issues that arise while on-site. You will utilize problem solving and analytical skills to solve these issues. You will also manage client contacts, travel schedule, and reporting. When you are not traveling, you would conduct installations remotely via home. This position is a combination of training and account management.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Degree highly preferred with a minimum of 2-5 years experience with Windows Server applications (NT, 2000, 2003); Industry certifications (A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE) are preferred. 2-5 years experience client relations, training and account management. 85 - 100% travel required. (Overnight travel - approx 50% depending on territory) Auto recycling industry experiences a plus. Individual must be highly self motivated and well organized as individual will be working remotely via home.
