Field Support Technician
• Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of Practice Management Solutions.
• Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
• Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. REQUIREMENTS


Microsoft A+ and Net + Certifications required. Experience with Practice Management Solutions desired. HS Diploma/G.E.D. required; 2-yr degree preferred. This position requires extensive travel, using personal vehicle, and the incumbent must be creditworthy to fund all travel expenses. Standard company expense will be reimbursed.
