DaysPosition Summary: Integrated Regional Laboratories is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Field Support Analyst. The Analyst supports specialist implements and supports client connectivity products necessary to support the IRL outreach clients. Face to face training with clients on the use our products is required. In addition the field support specialist provides hardware and software suport for remote IRL employees.This position will be responsible for the IRL network of clients in northern Palm Beach, Martin, St.Lucie and Okeechobee counties.General Responsibilities: Insatll and support hardware for remote users. Test software updates and upgrades. Connect PC's, printers, and dumb terminals lcoated at client's office to Meditech LIS. REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be organized, detail oriented and self motivated. A+, N+ are a strong plus. Excellent troubleshooting skills and 1-3 years of laboratory IT experience is preferred.
