Perform installs, repairs and upgrades on EMC equipment and related peripherals. Will interface with Client management at a high level and will be responsible for insuring professional service delivery and continued client satisfaction. Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and attire. Insures excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.

M/F/D/VJob RequirementsCritical Technical & Behavioral Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of enterprise level server hardware and software including knowledge of Microsoft applications and Network Attached Storage units. Advanced mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical problems on EMC equipment. Candidate must be A+ certified and have previous experience supporting Enterprise level systems and storage. Software experience must include Windows Server. Sun, UNIX, HP UNIX or Linux a definite plus.
Must have valid North Carolina Driver's License and Insurance and reliable transportation.
