Enterprise Technologist

We are searching for an experienced Enterprise Technologist. This position is responsible for the design, implementation and support of our Active Directory, Microsoft Systems Management System (SMS), and Trend Micro Anti-virus environments. The Enterprise Technologist will provide guidance and leadership through promoting and maintaining standard processes and procedures with our technology. In addition, perform duties assigned by management as needed.Enterprise Technologist Roles and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Participate in Strategic Technology Planning
Develop standards, monitor and report, and mature existing processes around technologies including : Active Directory Services (Group Policies, OU Structure, Delegation of Authority, DNS, Sites Configuration, etc...), SMS (Software Distribution, Patch Management), Trend Anti Virus and Enterprise Image Management
Develop and maintain standard operational control procedures
Provide proactive technical research and determine appropriate use emerging and established technologies based on current business needs.
Design, implement, and support Active Directory
Design, implement, and support Trend Micro Anti-Virus Protection
Design, implement, and support Microsoft Systems Management Infrastructure (SMS) environment
Level 3 Windows client advanced trouble shooting and administration including Group Policy, Patch Management, Authentication Services, and Anti-Virus.Requirements:
Professional, self-directed, and motivated working under limited supervision and guidance
Expertise with Active Directory, SMS, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Microsoft XP, and Trend Anti-Virus
Working knowledge in WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation), ADSI (Active Directory Services Interface), ADO (ActiveX Data Ojects), VB Scripts and Kix.
Working knowledge of Exchange 2003
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage schedules and meet expected timelines
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at once
Participate in strategic projects and initiatives
Strong customer service skills
Advanced process engineering and analytical skills
Understanding of the organizations goals and objectives
4 Year College Degree
4-6 Years of Active Directory
Experience with Microsoft Systems Management Infrastructure (SMS)
