Enterprise Information Management - Technical @ Operations Lead

Department Description: Corporate Information Technolgy, IDEAS organization, Enterprise Information Management.

Responsibilities/Expectations: The candidate will be responsible for managing the technical operations of the Corporate Enterprise Information (EIM) environment. This includes the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Enterprise Customer Master (ECM) and BI toolsets under development as well as several existing business unit functional data warehouses, BI toolsets, and applications.

This role will be a member of the EIM CoE interfacing directly with the EIM leadership team, and multiple business build and support functions in creating a leveraged support framework for the EIM initiatives focused on standardized service levels, operational procedures, and proactive build and performance management.^^

Knowledge Skills: 1. Managing the end to end EIM production environment and directing internal and 3rd party support resources to manage and resolve critical EIM system issues as well as implementation of new environments.

2. Ensure production support Service level Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures are developed, enforced, and updated for all operational and build activities.

3. Incorporate additional functional data warehouses into a standard EIM operational support and delivery model as required to ensure stable transition to new EIM environment.

4. Ensure CoE and Build team development efforts are implemented successfully into new and existing environments through rigorous coordination efforts.

5. Own the coordination and resolution of all EIM environment related issues through coordination and resolution with CSC, 3rd party support, internal and external build teams.

6. Ensure all EIM technologies and toolsets are proactively monitored, patched, and performance enabled for current and future transaction load volumes.

A minimum of 10+ years of experience across multiple IT functions with primary knowledge in infrastructure, network, and application build and support activities.

A minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience, including the direction and management of outsourced and offshore teams.

A knowledge of interface and ETL, data warehouse, and database technologies and a familiarity with business information reporting tools (Power center, Informatica, Business Objects, Oracle, Shareplex)

Experience in project management principles, CMM methodologies, Root Cause Analysis leadership and System Performance management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
