Engr, Tech Support

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical support to Rockwell Automation personnel and customers for RSView 32 and RSView SE products. This position will not only require knowledge of the HMI product lines, but will also require knowledge of other Rockwell Automation products and other manufacturer's equipment which is interfaced to Rockwell Automation products. In most cases this support will be provided via telephone, email, technical notes and visits to customer locations.
REQUIREMENTS
-BSEE,BSEET, BSCS or equivalent experience required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, XP and 2003 Server operating systems and related networking technologies.
2-5 years experience troubleshooting, application, and or design of industrial automation systems.
HMI experience utilizing Rockwell Automation or competitive software products.
Must be able to work with people, handle high pressure situations, and have a flexible schedule. Must be able to manage multiple problems with changing priorities.
