Responsibilities: This contract position is located in downtown St. Louis. It is slated to last one year with possible extension beyond that. The selected candidate will work with a team responsible for overall customer support and satisfaction with an international corporate electronic mail system including: Thirty thousand + customers using Microsoft Exchange 2000/Outlook 2003. This person will spend 70% of time on phone consulting and providing advanced technical support to first level computer help centers and other IT professionals. This person will spend 15% of time doing daily directory administration function, including E-Mail account adds, deletes, changes, moves, etc. This person will spend 15% of time performing research: to identify trends in problems and escalate to other teams and management, to proactively develop processes, procedures and documentation to reduce common problems.
