ERP Sourcing Program Leader

Business Unit: GE Infrastructure, EnergyFunction: SourcingResponsibilities: * Serve as the ERP leader on sourcing team to establish ERP Sourcing processes for all Environmental businesses.
Work closely with the business ERP team and interfacing functions such as Engineering and Supply Chain.
Represent Sourcing function on the GE Environmental Services ERP team to deploy a business process within Oracle ERP implementation to ensure Sourcing fulfillment and achievement of overall business objectives.
Involve related team members in global Sourcing team and subject matter experts for process development towards a successful deployment of software across approximately 18 worldwide business sites.
Facilitate business process improvement tracking and integration of lean and Big Y initiatives into the digitized solution, specifically including, on time delivery, cost savings, quality defects and remedy.
Ensure consistent communication on status and progress as well as quickly highlight areas of concern needing to be addressed toward program success.
Be a key member of the GE Environmental Services Sourcing staff, teaming to ensure a holistic business-wide strategy sourcing that enables and support all business operation executions.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * BS/BA Degree (Technical or Business preferred).
Green Belt Certification (GE employees only).
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Cross-functional experience and team skills.
IT/Digitization background.
Able to work across global locations.
Experience in purchasing and supplier management.Eligibility Requirements.
