EDI Implementation Analyst

Coordinates implementation of transactions (i.e., Batch Claims, Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and other transaction types as assigned) or format conversion (i.e., HIPAA) for Payers, Vendors and/or Submitters. Oversees communication, EDI formats, testing, reports and business policies. Documents all pertinent data related to account and communicates test results to clients. Ensures accuracy, completeness and expedient set up and testing of customers. Responds to inquiries and educates clients on process. Implements all-payer customers and coordinates with appropriate departments. Prepares clients for production and assists with upgrades/changes to communication protocol, format or software. Must have a minimum of one-year customer service experience.
REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor Degree Preferred.
*Overall 0-3 years experience in industry or related industry.
*0-3 years experience with Healthcare EDI formats (ANSI, NSF, and proprietary)
*2-3 years of experience with DOS and/or MS Windows operating systems.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Outstanding customer service care.
*Ability to work with minimum supervision.
*Availability to work additional hours or take on additional assignments to meet department deadlines.
*Office based position at our Mayfield Hts., Ohio location, business travel
