E-Commerce Business Manager

The purpose of this position is to manage the internet site content and day-to-day operations of the on-line business.


The ideal candidate can understand and control the critical inventory component of the Shop @ Home business.


This includes financial reporting, inventory control, reorders, turnover and other merchandise issues associated with the Internet businesses.


Principal Accountabilities:
Ensure that our website presence supports the brand image through appropriate site content, merchandise presentation, site features, and overall online customer experience
Assist with the development and implementation of online strategic growth plans
Analyze performance trends to optimize our product assortment and site design
Manage details of operations as they relate to expenses
Monitor metrics
Manage inventory levels
P&L responsibility
REQUIREMENTS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Managerial experience
Familiar with direct to consumer planning, customer service, and fulfillment operations
Experience in retail apparel and/or e-commerce retail
BS Degree and/or 5-7 years of related experience


MUST HAVE RETAIL APPAREL EXPERIENCE
