We enable families to stay together through our child abuse prevention programs.Job Code: DirPrgOpPositition Objective: Oversee Division program administration and development and provide new program development functions including grant writing and building community collaborations.Essential functions may include: Assist with the development and implementation of new programs; identify grants and other funding sources; participate in fund-raising and grant writing activities as needed
Provides emergency response capability 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Ensure programs meet all CHS, COA, licensing, contractual, quality assurance and outcome standards and requirements
Direct contract and grant renewal process for programs
Assist in the development of program budget; regularly monitor annual program budgets to ensure program costs do not exceed budgetary constraints
Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with relevant community agencies; represent the agency at community meetings/groups
Lead the Division in the absence of the Executive Director
Serve as resource to program management for problem-solving and crisis intervention
Supervise Program Directors and/or Program Supervisors, review and evaluate work performance
Cover responsibilities of direct reports during position vacancies/absence
Serve as a constructive member of the Division's management team

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Required: - Master's Degree in Social Work or Human Services related field
Minimum of five years of post graduate experience in human services
Minimum of two years of senior management experience
Experience in program development and grant writing including major federal, state and foundation grants
Preferred: - LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Ph.D.
Budgetary and fiscal management experienceSkills: Ability to develop innovative state-of-the-art programs consistent with agency's objectives and philosophy and state and national trends
Strong supervisory/management and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of community resources
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to problem solve, make decisions and implement plans
Ability to travelAdditional Requirements: n/aPhysical Requirements:
