Responsibilities:

This position will report to the Executive Vice President Technology and will be responsible for:

B7 Exhibiting and maintaining knowledge about risk management processes and overall Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance initiatives as it relates to ETRADE Financial Technology Organization;

uation of internal control effectiveness.

B7 Managing implementation and timely completion of the project plan, including daily project activities, for the SOX database system (Certus);

bsp; Working with IT business owners to design and develop SOX 404 business process improvements that will provide improved efficiency and cost avoidance;

B7 Developing Project Plan for SOX 404 annual certification, including scope of project, timeline and resource requirements;


B7 Ensuring SOX 404 compliance with documentation and testing standards;

B7 Using initiative and judgment in solving a variety of problems in the role of SOX project office coordinator;

B7 Managing the SOX PMO by monitoring, updating, collecting, processing and producing the Sarbanes Oxley project tracking reports and schedules related to Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance efforts;

B7 Maintaining overall responsibility for periodic executive presentations and packages;

B7 Using initiative and judgment in handling all correspondence and questions to the project management office, performing initial groundwork and /or involving the EVP as necessary;

B7 Managing relationships within, as well as, external to the company (e.g., external ind!
ependent reviewers);

B7 Managing Project Team (including representatives from all Technology business units) and their progress against project plan; and
