Director, ERP and Infrastructure

High profile role with rapid career path development potential which will set and lead the Information Technology strategy for a complex business transformation and ERP implementation. Leading an IT team of 30+ you will develop a common infrastructure and organizational ERP design. Reporting to the CFO you will establish the ERP direction and be responsible for setting and adhering to the agreed budget. You'll also ensure that contingency and continuity technology services remain compliant with policy and regulatory requirements including SOX. REQUIREMENTS
* Undergraduate degree in Information Systems * Minimum of 8+ years of technology/business experience and 3+ years of related management experience in business and technical processes * Demonstrated success in managing multi site environments. * Prefer Six Sigma certification and related experience * Significant experience in managing and participating in ERP implementations * Demonstrated record of influencing and driving change in complex cross-functional environments * Experience at integrating IT environments, specifically related to acquisition activity * Must possess the ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple technology projects on time and within budget * Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must be able to travel to multiple sites as needed Interested parties please contact: Ken Perec SVP Pasale & LaMorte, LLC Fairfield CT 203.337.8155 [Click here for email]
