Developer Level 3

Purpose: After gaining experience the contractor will be assigned to different goals such as technical coordinator,requirements analyst,designer,systems integration for vendor packages, tester, coder,etc. The ideal candidates will have the ability to code when necessary, but they will also be expected to work directly with business partners on requirements gathering, systems designs and quality assurance planning. Need to have several years experience with the total IT solution development life cycle. Also need to have Electric Utility Experience w/in mobile mapping, work force management, outage management, and project controls. Vendor package implementations with lead experience. Also need to be strong with skills mentioned above.
