Deployment Project Manager

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. We are currently seeking a Deployment Project Manager to join us in our Montvale office.
Responsibilities:
Help to ensure the successful deployment of Information Technology Services (ITS) Audit Global Products and define and measure adoption and usage statistics of end-users

Manage deployment activities as required

Where appropriate, maintain continuous involvement during various phases of the product lifecycle to understand and clarify deployment questions and issues that may arise

Coordinate and facilitate with Business Services in the development of end user material and training and marketing support

Manage deployment activities across projects when required or requested by the Manager, Deployment Services

Additional assigned tasks/projects as required

Attend product training from development and support

Create or manage the creation of documents (for example, end-user guides, training manuals, best practices, release notes, etc.)

Coordinate and create communications to support deployment efforts

Deliver product demonstrations in support of training and/or marketing

Provide deployment issue management and/or escalation

For desktop tools, work with the project team and client to determine the appropriate distribution

Define, perform and report metrics measuring product acceptance after product deployment

Work with the technical and business project team members to identify best practices for product deployment

Define survey questions for customer surveys to capture post deployment feedback

Establish post deployment product assessment and closeout procedures
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college/university

Four years of business experience

Able to multi-task and self-manage deliverables

Able to manage others and work in a matrixes reporting structure

Able to understand and resolve business problems from varying perspectives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to develop and manage effective business relationships

Strong organizational skills

Able to work with business subject matter professionals and technology professionals

Business and technical background resulting in the ability to quickly understand new business technology products and translate technical guidance into end-user friendly material

Business acumen, technical knowledge
