The Decision Support Analyst develops custom applications and provides systems support for a large CPG company and the account team based in Cincinnati.

Accountabilities:
1. Consult with our client to develop customized pc-based solutions to meet their critical information needs.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues regarding the customized applications/solutions.
3. Build and maintain client ready reports and custom applications.
4. Provide technical support on Microsoft-based applications and RDBMS systems.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a technical field. Minimum 2 years programming experience with Microsoft Visual Basic, developing windows desktop applications. RDBMS systems design, SQL and programming skills a strong plus. Knowledge of Excel's object model is another strong plus. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with presentations to small client audiences. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
