Research Projects
Ability to coordinate target market research projects independently. Research pertains to obtaining contact information from various sources for marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Careful review of the data is critical to ensure that the contacts obtained are part of Hansen’s target market. Occasionally, you may need to coordinate these projects with the business development team and/or other internal resources. Data entry may be required.When contact information is obtained, you will need to be able to convert this data to a format that is importable into the marketing database using Excel and Access.

Maintain Marketing Database
Import contact data into marketing database (SQL Server).Coordinate how the data in the marketing database needs to be imported so that you can pull mailing lists of this data for marketing campaigns. You will want to track information such as the industry, source, and rank of each contact. You may be asked to purchase list rentals for one-time use for marketing campaigns.Maintain accurate and up to date customer lists.

Email Blasts
You will need a Basic understanding of HTML.Email blasts are conducted using an online email blast system. It will be up to you to coordinate the distribution lists within this systemYou will be responsible for replying to responses and unsubscribe requests or forwarding them on to the appropriate person. The online system does most of this, but occasionally these requests need to be done manually.
