Database Analyst 5 - Development Lead

The Database Analyst 5 will function in a Development Lead capacity across Lending Information to deliver the full data solution for CORE and specific Tier 1 Projects. The selected candidate must drive the integration of design, development, and implementation across all Lending Information functions (that are fully compliant to and drive forward the HCFG Data Strategy and the respective Global Program Council Strategy by working closely with the respective Global Council Data Architect). This position will involve continual and frequent technical artifact reviews and adherence to the Information Design Methodology will drive technical integration across the project.

On the OLTP side, the Development Lead has the responsibility for developing related Conceptual Models that will evolve to Logical and Physical Data Models for the data environment. This responsibility includes the identification of data most valuable to the corporation, the integration of this data, and the development of correlating data model. The resulting logical and physical data models will be based on the application of WFS data design principles and standards.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:
7 to 10 years of experience with integration of design, development, and implementation

Ability to assume significant senior responsibility and work with other senior level WFS leaders for technical strategy discussions and projects

Experience leading formal and informal work teams in a highly complex, matrixed environment

Data warehouse modeling skills, OLTP modeling skills and decision support-related experience

Strong technical and conceptualization skills

Expert Joint Application Design (JAD) skills

Expert in data modeling theory and application

Expert in database design in an symmetric multi-processing (SMP) environment

Ability to develop a clear understanding of the business needs and incorporate these needs into technical solutions

Strong communication, presentation and project facilitation skills
