Data Operations Manager - OS390, UNIX, Windows

Client would prefer Clinical laboratory, Clinical trials, or Pharmaceutical
industry experience.

Requirements:
2+ years relevant professional programming experience.
Competency in relevant technologies (Windows NT, Microsoft Access, SQL, VBA,
Excel, and Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Degree (BS/BA) in computer related field or equivalent combination of education
and experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Customer service background with a positive attitude is essential. Attention to
detail, organizational skills and strong verbal communication skills are also
required. This position requires working closely with technical professionals,
so the ability to work as a part of a team is required.
Foster an environment that provides World Class service, focus on quality
interaction and help put into effect strategies to enhance the client service
experience. Help the interaction with other departments by assisting in the
development of process improvements, supporting projects and initiatives.
Provides accurate, timely, and consistent clinical data to both sponsors and
other internal clients to support the needs of the business.

This client does an extensive background check: Degree Verification, Criminal &
drug screen.
