We seek a driven professional to fill a Data Analyst position in our Oldsmar office. Contributes to the overall department goals and objectives by performing a variety of analyses and reporting functions. Report and analyze Ovations Appeal & Grievance data.

1) Produce and analyze reports for Ovations National Service Center.
2) Conduct audits as needed.
3) Analyze results and communicates to staff as required.
4) Assure all reports / information requests are responded to within the goals / time frames established.
5) Develop systems for more efficient reporting.
6) Support health service activities with data, information, and analysis, as needed.





Job Requirements:
BS/BA in related field required.
2-5 years experience performing analysis in a healthcare environment.
2 years experience with Oracle SQL
Windows capabilities including applications such as Excel and Access.
Ability to quickly learn and utilize other software packages.
Strong Analytical skills.
