JOB TITLE: DL Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides account coordination and order processing support to enhance the overall function and success of the sales team. Verifies paperwork for simple and complex orders and communicates clarifications to Account Executives/Office Administrator/Branch Manager. Enters all dedicated and switched/resale product orders into the Ordering System. Updates weekly reports on local, long distance, dedicated and switched projects as required.
Skills, Experience, Education or Other Requirements Needed for this Job:
High School Diploma or GED; minimum of two years related experience and/or training; previous experience in order processing/order installation a plus; some college course work a plus; knowledge of basic telephony; good communication, customer service, interpersonal, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills required; computer proficiency preferably in the following: Windows95, MS Word, Spreadsheet applications, and Lotus Notes.
