Corporate Trainer

Intermountain Staffing is one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the west.

We are seeking an additional Trainer to be located out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.

The chosen candidate must be a self-motivated professional that wants to help grow our already thriving business.

Job function includes developing, managing, and evaluating all aspects of the training program, and help the coordinating and implementation of training throughout the company.

Qualified candidates will have direct training experience, increasing responsibilities, and the ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner. Previous experience with developing on –line training is a plus.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal, oral presentation, and written communication skills as well as have the ability to write, create, and edit written and online content.

REQUIREMENTS
Train and mentor our internal staff on systems, phones, customer service all while developing programs that will help them develop.

Travel top our branches in the following states will be expected. Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and Colorado.
