Job Description:
Responsible for handling store and district inquiries about eRx (Pre-Scribe) related issues, maintaining the consistency and accuracy of the eRx MD database, new state activation & training for eRx, the calculation & preparation of eRx statistics, as well as handling Physician complaints related to E-Rx and having training addressed at store level if required.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Physician updates in Intercom Plus to reflect eRx Activation or De-Activation, for calculating and distributing monthly eRx Stats as well as calculating and distributing any ad hoc reports related to eRx requested. Will work closely with 2L Support (Help Desk) to resolve Physician Complaints from eRx vendors, and store tickets. Will communicate with eRx vendors to address any physician or pharmacy related issues. This individual will also be responsible for evaluating the Non-Active eRx States and activating them as appropriate. Responsible for ensuring all pharmacy staff in newly activated eRx States are properly trained and their questions are answered.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; Excel, Word skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks; flexible individual, very detail oriented; WAG Pharmacy technician experience required; experience with eRxs is a plus but not necessary.
