The Content Editor/Reference Program Analyst is a key member of the Content Development Team. The position requires contributing to efforts around the writing of Win stories and Qualifications, including analyzing and disseminating information from daily and weekly booked Wins lists and selecting and developing Qualification documents that detail the successes of our internal consulting teams. The development of Wins and Qualifications requires extensive interaction with various internal project leaders to gather key project and solution information. This person in this position is also responsible for posting all their created documents to our internal knowledge portal to allow for the sharing of content across the company. The Content Editor/Reference Program Analyst will also provide support for the Client Reference Program currently in development. This will range from day-to-day support of collecting references, processing incoming requests for references, maintaining reference status, disseminating reference information out to other areas across the organization, use of the reference content and process management tools, online templates, etc. This position sits within the Content Management Group which falls under Field Marketing within the Client Experience Management group which also manages the Client Reference Program, Client Satisfaction Program and Engagement Satisfaction Program. The role services cross industry and across solution offerings.Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years marketing, communications or journalism experience (Corporate environment)

Minimum 5 years experience-content development processes and prioritization programs

Strong analytical, editorial, verbal and writing skills a must (minimum 5 years)Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working within the software, technology and/or professional services industries a plus

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Business Administration

Experience with Client Reference Programs a plus

Ability to effectively interact across the organization and coordinate activities with Creative Services, Knowledge Management, Press Relations, Analyst Relations, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing Communications, etc.
