Configuration Coordination Lead

Basic Function:Configuration Coordination Lead - Application Solutions
This position is responsible for defining and coordinating standards, processes and procedures for managing configurable items across all CCSP development, test and production environments. Responsible for configuration management planning, QA and oversight with CCSP Project Team(s), CCSP Application Support Team(s), EIS and EAS. This position is also responsible for: Inventorying, refining and defining HCSCs approaches, standards, procedures, and measures as necessary for the Configuration Management function. Preparing the CCSP Configuration Management planDeveloping CCSP approaches, and procedures for identification and reporting of configurable items. Developing CCSP procedures for preparing a Software Version. Description (SVD) document describing the functionality of the software, problem fixes and changes from the previous software version. Overseeing the process of configuration identification and control across multiple CCSP projects. Performing periodic configuration status accounting audits for CCSP projects. Planning and coordinating the release packaging of software components for deployment into various test and production environments.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:1) Three years of work experience with a Bachelor Degree OR Four years of work experience with a Technical Certificate or college courses OR Five years of work experience. 2) five years working in a formal project management environment using a software development methodology. 3) Moderate operations support experience. 4) Operations Change Management experience. 5) Strong planning and organizational skills. 6) Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and lead. 7) Demonstrated project experience managing software development and deployment projects across all phases. 8) Deployment experience in the following environments: USS, UNIX, AIX, WINDOWS, CICS (batch and interactive) with DB2.
Preferred Job Requirements:1) Mainframe USS, CICS, (batch and interactive), Distributed environments AIX, Windows, VSAM, DB2, Languages: COBOL, Java, SQL, JCL. Formal methodologies: SDLC, RUP. Tools: WebSphere, Endevor, Rational, CVS, Zeek, Zeena, Omegamon, MS Office
