Commercial Operations Analyst III

Requires coordination with multiple corporate departments.Qualifications
Experience in preparing responses to government bids, or experiences in government agency, evaluating / awarding manufacturers bids. Experience in preparing contract terms and conditions documents Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis.
Understanding of government bid processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meeting project deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong Excel skills.Experience in Oracle Discoverer.
BS or BA
