Clinical Software Product Specialist - RN

We are currently searching for additional talent to join our fast-paced, rapidly expanding Sales Support group supporting a dynamic sales organization.Candidate possesses clinical, technical and sales background, with experience in clinical information systems, clinical product software sales demonstrations, implementation of clinical information (CPOE)products and/or clinical procedures.
Independently design and develop product demonstration scripts that are clinically relevant and competitively impactful for core CPR product within 6 months.Collaborate on CPR database building in support of demonstration scripts for CPR product within 6 months.Technical support of demonstration database beta software including but not limited to software release testing, technical problem reporting and resolution and coordination of software releases in conjunction with team technical support.Ability to work collaboratively and be a liaison for sales support with software development, systems integration and product management.Script design/development to align product demonstration with 'real life' clinical workflows, making product look 'easy to use' and show product in best light.Ability to work independently, managing/juggling, schedule, time lines, and changing environment while pursuing continuing education and responsiveness to colleagues, sales team and management.Possess and apply clinical information system experience and credibility to script design and database building.Demonstration of desire, passion and ability to be the 'product expert' with a pension for detail as well as the ability to illustrate big picture benefits both internally and externally.Possess sales demonstration/presentation skills for on-site product demonstrations as needed (i.e. tradeshows, sales requests, user groups).Demonstration of desire, passion and ability to research and educate self on products, clinical and industry needs as it pertains to our market and product.Demonstration of collaborative and supportive relationships with sales exec's and team members.Team schedule, sharing Best Practices, sales skills, shared learning.


Requirements:

RN with Bachelors Degree including practical clinical experience preferably in§ the acute care setting.3-5 years of recent work experience in a similar role with a top 5 vendor, ideally within a fast paced sales group, a product(s) expert (preferably clinical software with hardware connectivity). Performing the role today successfully.Clinical Information Systems/CPOE experience preferred.Candidate should have a clinical background, with experience in product demos, and/or implementation of clinical products and/or clinical procedures.Possess a diagnostic, consultative approach to design and development of clinically relevant demo script writing, discovering prospects needs and translating those to Misys product demonstration.Possesses computer skills experience and agility (fearless user).Strong communication, problem solving and investigative skills, an optimist at heart (passionate about their product).Competitive positioning; be a natural at showing the prospect what they want to see in the timeframe requested by adjusting to customer needs and adjusting script to show product in the best light.Travel 75% with a remote work site available.
