Clinical IS Project Supervisor

Anne Arundel Medical Center, located in Annapolis, MD, seeks an IS professional to manage various projects ensuring the quality, timeline and budget stay within the scope of plans. This opportunity requires an individual with some clinical healthcare background as well as expertise in the information systems field.

This trusted advisor will manage/develop a project team in order to achieve goals and objectives; understand workflows; support the change management process; and contribute to the enhancement project execution methodologies of the department. Serving as a specialist who translates business problems and requirements into information requirements and systems, our Supervisor will act as a liaison between IS and the remainder of the organization as well as focus on systems/processes supporting operational and decision support systems/projects.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Nursing Informatics or a related field, or equivalent experience
At least 3-5 years' IS and Project Management experience.
Expert knowledge of application systems and analyst tools
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Experience in a health care environment as well as Meditech experience preferred.
