Cisco VoIP Specialist

Purpose: TEKsystems has partnered with a Global systems integrator to provide VoIP Technical support to a government agency. We have an immediate need for a skilled VoIP professional preferably with a CCVP certification. This individual will serve as a member of the network engineering team which supports this agency. They will be tasked with supporting the voice and data network communication for the network engineering team. This includes the Cisco VoIP communication services and day to day operational tasks.
Primary responsibilities will be:
Provide level III technical VoIP engineering support to a 3000 + user base organization using a Cisco solution
Provide level III technical Network Engineering support
Participate in the design and implementation of new technologies
Write documentation, procedural documentation and training criteria as required.
The position requires 3 or more years of experience in supporting medium to large enterprise networks.
